LOGISTICS


PROGRAM HOURS: 9:30–4:30 each day. 

LOCATION: Seattle University, 901 12th Avenue, Seattle, WA. You will receive an email prior to the session to confirm program location within Seattle University. Please refer to the attached Seattle University Campus Map for location details.

PARKING: Visitor parking is available at $8 per day in Lot P5 at 12th Ave and East Marion St.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The Silver Cloud Seattle Broadway is directly across the street from the University. WHAT TO BRING: Dress for the program is comfortable and casual. Please be sure to bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel. Please bring along a journal as well, for recording your insights. Meals are not included. An information sheet with further details will be made available to all participants.
